• Items left in pockets
• Pre-existing damage or wear
• Items not suitable for cleaning
• Consequential or indirect damages

8. Prohibited Items

The following items are not accepted for cleaning:

• Items with sentimental or irreplaceable value
• Items containing hazardous materials
• Items that are already damaged beyond repair
• Items that require special handling not offered by our services
